Waste management

Wonik IPS is dedicated to recycling and reusing resources based on strict preliminary review of chemical and the activities of waste segregation from the stage of research development in order to reduce and minimize waste emissions by sustainable development.
In addition, we are actively implementing activities in order to reduce waste emissions by persistent monitoring.

Climate change risk management

Wonik IPS is dedicated to decrease the utilization rate of utility facilities such as preventive maintenance through continuous monitoring and inhibiting the use of unused facilities in order to minimize energy use. In addition, we actively respond to climate change through continuous activities to reduce the amount of generation by improvement of the processing facilities of machinery.

Education / Training / Corporate Social Responsibility

Wonik IPS establishes a disaster prevention system for preliminary review, management and 24-hour monitoring of all chemical substances, and we regularly provide education,
inspection, and emergency response training continuously in order to enhance employees’ safety awareness about chemical accidents. Furthermore, we are actively conducing environmental contribution activities based on agreements with in-house industrial complexes.

Safety · Health

Wonik IPS conducts safety inspections, risk assessments, prior permission for hazardous work, tool certification program, safety education and so on in order to prevent environmental accidents. For employees’ health, we are providing comprehensive health inspections for all employees and a special health inspection to those who handle hazardous chemicals. In addition, we measure air quality in the office and assess the working environment regularly in order to create a good working environment.
